We live in times of high inflation.

The M&S bags of chocolate coins now contain £5 and £10 notes as well as coins.

    I bought some the other day and was thinking just the same thing - not like when I was a child - but that was a long time ago! :) Not sure why they felt the need to include the notes, coins are best, all shiny on Christmas morning.

    Well, what can we expect when Monopoly now comes with electronic calculations! Where's the sneaky Maths practice in that? Even our ELC till has a card reader...

    Chocolate coins were always a part of my Christmas loot and are now for my kids too. Hmm. Not sure what I think of this... probably long overdue really! But it doesn't look so much like pirate money now.

    I bought some in Germany with Euro notes and coins and it has caused much hilarity in their advent calendar, who knew?
